Excellent tour. Dimitri and Philip were the best! Dimitri was extremely knowledgeable . Philip was friendly and was did a great job navigating the traffic and small mountain roads.

Friendly driver, clean bus, nice journey, great drop off point beside main Train station. only criticism is how difficult to find the bus departure area at the Airport

Enjoyed the trip. Best way to do both castles in a day. Pedro our guide was very efficient and helpful and as was our driver Hassan. The castle guide at Linderhof was great but you get an audio guide at Neuschwanstein which was a bit disappointing as you couldn’t ask questions. Good value for money.tip buy the tickets for the castles when you book the trip.

The tour guide and transportation were tremendous. Met on time and information clear. The castles were beautiful and particularly Mary Bridge. The tour inside Neuswanstein was our worst tour ever. You were through and finished in 30 minutes in a beautiful castle. The guide inside didn’t speak and you were allowed 4 minutes in each room. I felt I should offer to run through the rooms. I think it’s beautifully decorated but can barely remember with the furious rushed pace.

Horrible ! Au bout de 15 min de trajet panne de bus, deux heures plantés avant qu'un autre bus ne vienne. Nouveau bus sans l'audioguide et guide incapable de dire quoi que ce soit d'intéressant. Compte tenu du retard impossible de respecter le programme à la trappe la visite du château de Linderhof et on nous demande de profiter du stop de 15min dans un petit village pour attraper un sandwich car nous n'auront pas le temps de déjeuner ... mais on nous conduit devant une boutique qui vend des horloges à coucou (!) sans nous indiquer ou acheter un sandwich. En arrivant à Neuschanwstein on nous dit que finalement nous avons 1h pour déjeuner ... mais on a déjà acheté des sandwichs comme demandé lors du stop (mais pas des horloges à coucou ;-) ). sur 200€ payés on nous rembourse royalement 66€ ce qui corresponds à à peine plus que les billets pour Linderhof ... pour un prestation dégradée de plus de 50% ... A éviter

super great tour, very comfortable ride with snacks and beer at the end of tour, Vlad was a great!! Ursula is the best tour guide we could ever ask for , her stories were great all throughout the tours to the 2 palace and the village our boys they are age 16 and 20 said this is the best part of our Munich trip!! our family enjoyed this tour super worth it
