Our guide Monica is very well spoken. Every time she speaks you would just want to listen. During our trip the snow made it better plus the free snacks, water and beer on the bus and toilet. Priceless moment!

Very well organised. All information on app - meeting point etc. Tour guide Hanae and driver waldamar were fantastic hosts. The castles themselves were out of this world and we were extra lucky to experience the surroundings in a winter wonderland as there had been heavy snowfall in the previous days. Only issue we had was buying drinks on the coach as only cash was accepted, which we did not know in advance. A minor issue as we got cash out at the first stop, but would be good to include in information provided in advance. All in all, a wonderful trip and one we will remember for a long time.

I loved this trip! I was on my own and worried but the bus was very comfortable, the tour guide and bus driver made a fantastic team and everyone joining was so friendly. I highly recommend it!
