our guide, Sanrio was nice and informative. He answered my questions patiently. The trip was nice overall. We are "slow mover" so we dont join the timed entry guided tour inside the castle, but we can still enjoy the trip a lot! The bus got toilet, and also window above so you can see the views upside. Tip: if you want to take footages of Neuchwanstein Castle from the bus while arriving to the location, take the left side seat.

Dimitri and Marious were all you could have hoped for and yet delivered more. Exceptional knowledge on all aspects of the trip and castles. Dimitri had everyone’s attention from the start. Very approachable and his English was excellent. The bus and the command of the vehicle was handled like a chauffeur, Marious drove the small villages with ease and when the snow came down, it was nothing but simple for him. Great experience. Thank you for a first class experience.
