The weather was terrible which wasn’t the tours fault but made for very little value of tour. The bus driver smoked cigarettes on the bus on breaks making the air polluted and horrible smell

Overall a great trip. I was a bit disappointed with how quick and limited the actual tours of the castles were (run separately from the tour company I am reviewing and out of there control). We also had terrible weather with absolutely no views of Neuschwanstein. Hard to see it even close up. But our transportation was clean and comfortable. And our guide on the bus was very friendly. Everything that was in their control was great.

Nous hésitions au début à cause du prix pour la famille (deux adultes et deux enfants) mais ce tour fut au delà de nos attentes. Nous avons été choyés par le beau temps et l’organisation était impeccable, aucun retard et consigne clair (merci pour notre guide!). Une de nos plus belles activités de notre voyage. Linderhof est vraiment beau et que dire Neuschwanstein.

We had a fantastic day, Sven was a great guide and the bus was really comfortable. Sven shared lots of knowledge at each of our stops and along the way. The scenery was spectacular. The refreshments and snacks were a nice touch on the bus.
