Melanie was an amazing guide very knowledgeable and helpful with suggestions and recommendations. Her time management was perfect which allowed ud to flawlessly follow the programboth in salzburg and in the lake district! I steongly recommend this trip!!

All was good other than the weather. We had to rush after the castle tour to get back to the bus - would have been better to have less time before the castle tour and then more time after the tour
