Our trip was fantastic! Both tour guide and driver did a wonderful job. Everything was prompt, organized and on-time. We never felt too rushed. I would definitely recommend it!

The tour guide (Patricia) was great, she was knowledgeable and fun to be around. But, I felt the tour was poorly planned by the company because we got only 45 mins to eat, use the loo and shop, which is too less. Also, the museum was closed due to operational reasons therefore, not covered within the itinerary. I am unsure how the museum visit would have been accommodated within this tour because time seemed terribly short. This tour should have been for 7 hrs instead of 5 hrs.

Everything went smoothly and on time. Prepare for steep walking and managing several hours yourself at the Neuschwanstein Castle

Very well organised, everything was on time. The castles themselves are stunning ( even though the excursions inside were a bit rushed) But I was disappointed that our guide gave very little ( almost none) cultural or historical information during the trip and we traveled for 2 hours practically in silence. There were audio guides it 9 languages but not in English so I felt discriminated
