La organización muy buena, transporte perfecto. Yo entiendo inglés y me desenvuelvo bien, pero mi pareja no, y si no hubiera sido por mí no hubiese entendido las instrucciones de la guía, que como es normal no domina todos los idiomas. La excursión se publicita en español pero se limita exclusivamente a los audios del autocar y la audioguía que se facilita con la entrada de Neuschwanstein (en el Castillo Linderhof no hay visita en español).

The destination itself is nice and visited places as described. However the bus itself is a double deck bus which can be pretty packed when full. Wouldn’t mind doing the tour for a shorter distance bus ride. Guide is fine but does not provide much information regarding the tour itself, except timing for the transfer.

Unser Tourguide Melanie war super! Obwohl die Tour auf Englisch war, hat sie viel auf Deutsch erklärt. Unser Fahrer Savas war auch super und hat uns gut durch die Straßensperrungen in München manövriert. Der Ausflug hat uns super gefallen, wir konnten viele schöne Orte sehen und die Infos dazu waren auch super und ausreichend. Wichtig ist, dass die Bootstour am Wolfgangsee nochmal extra gezahlt werden muss, das war uns nicht ganz klar.

Bellissima escursioni ai Castelli di Linderhof e Neuschwanstein. Assolutamente da raccontare. Tutto come programmato, la nostra guida Ahmed è stata molto disponibile e ha fornito anche importanti informazioni storiche e curiosità. La visita di entrambi i castelli è fantastica. Nonostante la pioggia è stata una giornata indimenticabile

ツアーを申し込む時に参考にしたのがオーディオガイドでした。 ツアーに含まれるものに多国籍のオーディオガイドが書いてあったので申し込みました。 しかしツアーに参加してみるとオーディオガイドは無く、ガイドさんが英語とドイツ語でガイドしていました。 知っていれば申し込まなかった。 またザルツブルクに着いたらほとんど自由時間しかなく、案内はしてもらえませんでした。 これならツアーではなく自力で来た方がいいのでは？ ガイドさんによるとザルツブルクのガイドはザルツブルクのツアー会社しか出来ないらしい。ドイツのツアーがガイドすると攻撃されると言っていた。 まぁ今回は電車移動の代わりにバスで行ったと思って納得してます。 またその後の湖のボートトリップは別料金で半強制みたいな感じでした。 これはいらないかと思いました。 代わりに登山鉄道で山頂に行く方が有意義かど思いました。 次回は電車かレンタカー移動でいいかと思います。

Bis auf den Rückweg sehr gut… über 30 min im Stadtstau um auch an den genauen Ausstiegspunkt zu gelangen, obwohl man in 5 Gehminuten da wäre war eine Zumutung.. hier hätte man die Gäste zuvor an HBF aussteigen lassen sollen

I was visiting Munich from Chicago and had a wonderful trip. Everything started smoothly as we checked in with QR code on the bus. Johnny, our guide, was very so knowledgeable about Bavarian culture the entire day. It is a long day but didn’t feel that way. The bus is very comfortable and has a restroom. You can bring a bag and leave it. Each stop was worth it. I enjoyed all of the castles and the different scenery. If you have the time while visiting Munich, this is a must and well worth it.

The weather didn’t permit great views, but even with that the bunker and the museum is still worth it. Jonnie and the driver were excellent.

It was great, the only comment I have is that the stop in the village for shopping was too short !! But the guide already warned us ahead !
