It was overall a great tour. Ahmed was a good guide who organized the tour well and gave us the necessary information about the castles. If you choose to buy the tickets for the castles (do it on the bus to save about 10 euro per person) you get official guides in each, who are very knowledgeable. What could be improved is giving maybe 30 minutes more in especially Neuschwanstein because there is quite a way to go from the castle to the parking lot and it was stressful running in the rain. Otherwise this tour is recommended for anyone wanting to escape to the mountains, enjoy beautiful scenery and explore the castles of Ludwig II.

Great Experience , for football fans it’s once in a lifetime experience visiting the Allianz arena and the stadium tour , worth every minute . Our guide Patricia was excellent and did a good job explaining the city highlights during the bus ride.

It was a good day trip; everything was on time and managed well. It's better to take a guided tour rather than going by train, as it saves time and you don't have to worry about not having enough time to see things. Definitely a better way to see the palaces.

Loved it! Jay and Torsten were fabulous hosts and we have crossed a major bucket list item (Neuschwanstein Castle) off our list! Torsten was very knowledgeable and helpful and a great conversationalist. Highly recommend seeing these two amazing castles!

I never went on this trip because it was cancelled shortly before it was due to happen. I had studied different tours and decided months ago this is what I wanted and the price was right. The day before the trip was to happen I noticed 2 things: there was an email that came 3 days before the trip stating it was cancelled AND there was another email sent later (the day before the trip) stating that it was happening and giving me my vouchers. I was a little confused and was up all night trying to talk to staff as they did not respond to emails quickly. I ultimately had to settle for a chat online and they first said that since my vouchers were active that it was ok, but when I explained about the other emai, they stated it was almost certainly cancelled.
