The tour and the guide were good but it was spoiled by people not listening to instructions to be on time when returning to the bus thus delaying the rest of the tour group.Then returning to Munich we detoured to let a group of 5 off the bus further delaying the rest of the tour group.We were not given a choice in this matter.

we had the most wonderful day trip up into the Bavarian mountains. it was more than I even expected. the scenes are genuinely breathtaking. thank you to Jackie who was absolutely fantastic. a perfect guide and host. highly highly recommend this trip.

The whole trip was very well organized. Patricia and Bobby were great. Patricia is a very knowledgeable guide and incredibly friendly. She taught us so much about the area and clearly enjoys what she does. Thanks so much for the wonderful tour and the group photo!!

Great tour that included the things we wanted to see, plenty of time to explore. But as always with these kind of tours, very packed. So much so it makes it hard to really enjoy the experience. If you are looking for a more personal experience with greater rewards, time, and value - go private.

Very good trip, but shame about the weather! Central pick up and drop off point. Double decker coaches, with toilet facilities and the option to purchase drinks. The first stop was Linderhof Castle where we were given 1.25 hours to explore the grounds and visit the castle on our timed entry ticket. The castle visit lasts around 20-25 minutes and a guide takes you through the rooms. There is a gift shop and cafe on site. Then we went onto Neuschwanstein Castle and we were given 4 hours time to explore, and this is included out timed entry to the castle/ the tour lasts 35-40 minutes. There are shops and cafes/ snack kiosks in the central area. You can get up to this castle by bus, horse and cart ride or by walking. We took the bus and this was 3.5 euros per way. Factor in at least 45 minutes to get a photo of the castle from the bridge as there are long queues and stick to the entry time for the castle visit! There are some inclines around the castle.

Good value for money compared to other transfer options. Located centrally to the train station. Journey took around 55 minutes, with another stop to collect passengers. Stopped at terminal 2 first and then terminal 1.
