My wife & I enjoyed the trip. There was some rain at Linderhof & we had to stand in the rain for basic details that could have been shared on the bus that would have allowed a few more minutes of actual tour, gift shop, etc. Jay was knowledgeable & proper in explaining castle details to all.

It was amazing in every way. The view, the history, the atmosphere, it was all amazing and the information given to us made me understand more the significance and history of the castle in a better way

Linderhofin linnan vierailu sujui hienosti. Neuschwansstein järjestelyt eivät niin hyvin. Selostus toimintatavoista oli sekava. Juttu kerrottiin moneen kertaan, mutta joka kerta jäi kertomatta lippujen luovutus. Linnalle kuljetusbussin jonotus kesti 1,5 tuntia, koska kiinalaisten turistiryhmien vetäjät veivät ryhmät busseihin ilman jonottamista. Ylhäällä ei ehditty käydä sillalla, että ehdimme meille varattuun linnakäyntiin mukaan. Oppaat olisivat voineet ohjeistaa lähtemään heti bussijonoon ja matkalle olisi ollut hyvä ohjeistaa ottamaan eväät mukaan

The young tour guide was very kind and mentioned that she had only recently started this job. Unfortunately, I do not remember her name, only that it started with the letter “F”. She provided us with valuable and interesting information throughout the trip, and overall the tour went according to plan and was a good experience. However, I believe she should have been a bit stricter with some of the passengers. At the first stop, some people were around 10 minutes late, and at the second stop they were about 20 minutes late. Unfortunately, there was no serious reaction to this, which affected the schedule of the trip. In addition, some passengers took our seats without asking for permission. We mentioned this issue, but unfortunately no action was taken regarding it. Despite these points, overall it was a good trip and we were satisfied with the experience.

Spending extra money for the luxury bus was worth it. We had more space and they provided coffee, water and snacks. The guide and bus driver were very kind and knowledgeable. The castles were unbelievable to see in person and stopping in a little town, Oberammergau was a great treat.
