Fish Market tour!

Yappy was a wonderful guide who took us around the new fish market with great insight. We loved his commentary surrounding the food we were eating and the grounds we were exploring. Would certainly recommend this experience for anyone hoping to get a comprehensive look at the market and, of course, try some wonderful sashimi.

Yapi took us on an amazing breakfast tour of Tsukiji! He was super knowledgeable about the area and its history. And he was connected to some amazing fish purveyors. We left stuffed and had a wonderful time!

We had a fantastic time touring Shinjuku with Alex as our guide. We got to see so many things we would not have otherwise seen & eaten without a guide, & Alex gave us the insider scoop! All the food was delicious, & the karaoke fun at the end was a night I’ll never forget!

We had a wonderful time with a variety of stops. Bring your appetite. There was lots of food. Our guide SAIKA, was great. She added a lot of interesting facts about the area. We enjoyed going to out-of-the-way places we would have never known about. Highly recommend.

Enjoyed a super fun and informative foodie tour of back street Osaka. Delicious local eateries and even a knife demonstration - all fingers remained intact. Ron is the man with a plan when it comes to rocking the retro food scene in this city of 35,000 eateries.

What a great tour of Uji!! Karim is a great tour guide. From visiting all of the temples (the Byodoin Temple is beautiful) to a delicious soba lunch, and topping it off with the Matcha making class, we had a great time. Karim is very knowledgeable and is a delightful person. I’m so happy that we booked this tour. I highly recommend it.

A Must-Do Food Tour in Kyoto

Our food tour in Kyoto’s Nishiki Market with Raquel was absolutely fabulous! The tour was jam-packed with incredible food, and we ate so much—all of it delicious and at places we definitely wouldn’t have discovered on our own. Raquel was an amazing guide: knowledgeable, friendly, and full of great insights about the market and the local food culture. I thoroughly recommend her and this tour to anyone wanting an authentic and unforgettable food experience.

I recently went on this food tour with Jacob as our guide. He was very knowledgeable and shared interesting insights about the local food and culture. We tried some delicious dishes at places we probably wouldn’t have discovered on our own, which was a highlight of the experience. Overall, it was a good way to explore the food scene.

Fun Food Tour with Unique Stops

I had such a great time on this food tour with Ami as our guide. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience really enjoyable. We stopped at so many different places to try a variety of foods, including a quirky vending machine stop that I absolutely loved! On top of the food, Ami also took us around some fantastic stores, which added even more to the experience. I really enjoyed this tour and would definitely recommend it.

Shibuya bites and city lights

This tour was a great introduction to Shibuya. Our guide Jane was friendly and chose fun and interesting food for us to sample. A highlight was eating at a standing sushi bar - a first-time experience for me and the reason I enjoy food tours when traveling. What a great way to learn Japanese cuisine and culture. We also loved the ramen restaurant- amazing flavors and creamy textures. Delicious!

A wonderful start to our trip!

We are a family of 3. Two adults and one infant and our tour guide was Saika. Saika was sweet, informative and fun! We spent half the day with Saika walking around Shibuya and trying an abundance of yummy foods. During the tour, she explained the history, origins and accommodated us and our infant. In the end, Saika provided us recommendations to restaurants in another town and we much appreciated that as well! Thank you, Saika!

First time Shibuya

Jane was a marvellous welcoming host who made the group feel at ease. The food stops were all at places which we would not have found on our own and were all excellent. The first stop for Ramen was particularly good and left me feeling quite full, with four stops to go! I enjoyed them all and we had a lovely evening in Shibuya.
