Recently had a 3-day excursion with my mom, sister and sister-in-law around various sites in Iceland. It was spectacular because Iceland is amazing, but what made it well beyond my expectations was our guide, Herdis. She was just fantastic, kind, thoughtful, knowledgeable, fun, and very welcoming. She even made extra stops and shared interesting information with us about her life and Iceland, in general. Not to mention, she was a complete badass in managing the snow and crazy winds with the bus and trailer like it was nothing! I'm sure the other guides are great, but she was extraordinary and MADE our trip!!!

A Tale of Two Experiences: Disappointing Customer Service, Outstanding On-Site Team Our experience with Arctic Adventure was a mix of disappointment and absolute excitement. 0 stars for Customer Care: Unfortunately, we never received the email informing us that our booked tour could not take place as planned. Our two emails regarding this issue remained unanswered, and even my phone call—though it was answered—did not lead to a solution. I was promised a callback, which I am still waiting for. This lack of communication was truly disappointing and caused unnecessary stress. 5 stars plus for the team on-site: Thankfully, the situation was completely turned around by Martin, Jargûs, Maksym, and Sara. Their dedication, foresight, and focus on creating an unforgettable experience for everyone were simply outstanding. Their interaction with participants was warm, professional, and full of energy—an absolute highlight! Conclusion: The customer service urgently needs improvement, but the experience with the team on-site is absolutely top-notch!

Good tour, not as diffcult as one might 'fear'. Encourage guide / drvier to be clearer about keeping to times. Make sure the guide / driver gives you enough time at each place to be able ot havea 'good look'.

Viajamos a Laponia finlandesa toda la familia y reservamos con Noemí de Artic adventures varias excursiones. Son una empresa de 10! Super profesionales, super amables, te lo organizan todo y tú no te preocupas de nada. Paula, la guía que nos enseñó la ruta de las Vikakongas es una auténtica crack, no solo como guia sino como persona, nos hizo pasar una mañana chulísima. Si estáis pensando en viajar a Rovaniemi, contratad con ellos todas las excursiones porque son los mejores!

It’s been almost 9 years since I’ve been to Iceland and done this tour, and I’m so happy to have done it again. Lili was a wonderful guide! She was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and humorous. Her tips helped to make the most of the time at every stop. The bus we took was extremely clean, spacious, had usb ports, and surprisingly great WiFi. The consistent quality of the experience from guides to transportation are why I have and will continue to book Arctic Adventures when in Iceland.

Justinos was a fantastic tour guide he was so personable, made us all feel welcomed to Iceland and gave us a good laugh on the bus! It makes all the difference on these tours when the guides are as excited and passionate about the destinations are we are! He also recommended to come back in the summer time to experience the wales and Puffins and shared stories about these which has really openednup our eyes to the beauty of Iceland. Wir haben gestern die golden circle tour + blue lagoon gebucht und hatten einen tollen Tag. Nachdem wir um 8 Uhr abgeholt wurden hatten wir in der Blue Lagoon ca 2 Stunden Zeit um das Erlebnis zu genießen und tolle Fotos zu machen. Auch an allen anderen Stationen der Tour hatten wir ausreichend Zeit. Wir haben im Bus viele Infos von unserem Guide Beggi bekommen - was auch ziemlich cool war. Er war super hilfsbereit und sehr sympathisch. Als kleine Überraschung haben wir noch bei 3 IslandPFERDEN gehalten, die man mit extra Futter füttern konnte. Wir werden die Tour bestimmt immer im Gedächtnis und unserem Herzen behalten :)

We did the GC incl. the blue lagoon tour and can totally recommend it. Also shoutout to our tour guide Baggy. Very sympathetic and cool guy, who had a lots of infos and also sang a little chant for the group.

On 25th of February, a group of 9 people intended to go on an Ice Cave Guided Tour, which turned out to be quite an impossible mission due to a heavy snowstorm hitting Iceland on the south. 70-90kmph wind with 110-120kmph wind gusts. Our hotel manager, rental car insurance, and common sense told us to cancel the tour, as there was a high chance of getting stuck in the middle of the road in severe weather conditions, getting injured, and risking the car. After calling customer support to ask for a refund they politely told us that it's our responsibility to be able to get there and they cannot do anything (besides counting the money of course) and we are out of luck. No refund, no vouchers, sorry. If you would care just a little you'd at least offer a partial refund or a voucher. We didn't book the tour just for fun, we really DID intend to go.

Went in Golden circle tour & secret lagoon beautiful places to see! The best part was our driver Pascal she was a great tour guide, very informative, & she was a very friendly person. & she joined in on the fun. Next time I need pascal again!

Would highly recommend the golden circle tour it was absolutely amazing!!! Made so much better by our tour guide Pascal, her passion for this beautiful country is second to none, very informative and patient. Generally did not think my time in Iceland could get any better until we met her. ☺️
