We did a fabulous ice cave tour taking in 2 waterfalls, black sand beach and the ice caves. Made best use of the short daylight hours. The off road vehicle to the cave was really cool! Tour guide Paul was tall and full of tall tales to take with a pinch of Icelandic salt! Great driver and good host. We loved ice cave guide Atli and really enjoyed the day

An amazing tour with an incredible tour guide Magga! She would tell us tories and tid-bits while she drove us around. A nice small tour group where we made friends and made the trip even better!

This was the first tour we joined in Iceland, and it was just so beautiful beginning to end. We got to see the waterfalls, the geysers and even a volcano crater. Tor (sorry if I mispelled it) was our guide and he was so funny and kind :). We loved the tour!

We are actually on a tour. This is the wors company. We have done a lot wirh icelandia and nice travel without any problems. Here.....they are late int the appoitnment so you have to wait more than 30 minutes in the cold. No one is answering the phone or even emails. Guude has nothing to say.....it is freezing cold in the bus. Such a regret towards all the nice companies in town Please do not take it.

Excursion d'aujourd'hui : Silver Tour. Après les magnifiques excursions faites avant, dommage de finir avec cela. Prise en charge à l hôtel avec un bus dont la porte ne fermait pas... un chauffeur qui faisait office de guide... gentil mais gentil ce n'est pas un métier... encore moins deux... Visite à la ferme avec chevaux islandais magnifiques et accueil très chaleureux. Après cela a été sans intérêt, dommage pour plus de 250€! Nous n avons pas pu faire la sortie sur le glacier avec visite de la grotte de glace qui était le point essentiel de l excursion. Les organisateurs ne sont pas responsables de la météo islandaise capricieuse mais rien n est proposé à la place... à part des chocolats... cela fait cher les chocolats !!! Très déçue, même pas une proposition pour un nouvel essai, rien! Juste plus de 500€ dépensés pour ma fille et moi pour une journée à oublier.

I highly recommend using Troll.is instead of this company. We booked the Katla Volcano Ice Cave tour from Vík for 1:45 PM and planned our day around it, only to discover in the morning, when we opened the voucher, that our booking had been switched to 10 AM. As a result, we missed the tour. Customer service said it appeared to be a website glitch. What’s especially frustrating is that the 1:45 PM option is advertised most days, but apparently not on Christmas Eve, yet the website still allowed us to book it. We’re now out $500 with no tour, no voucher, and no refund. To make it worse, when we called to figure out what happened, the customer service agent we spoke with was rude and hostile (honestly, it felt hateful), which was shocking given this situation was clearly not our fault. This happened on Christmas Eve, during our honeymoon, and it turned what should’ve been a highlight of our trip into a stressful, disappointing mess. I’m willing to update this review if the company does the right thing and refunds us for the glitch.

We had such a great day - our driver/guide was Franklin, who was entertaining, funny, informative and has a true passion for Iceland! The south coast tour exceeded our expectations, and we will definitely book other tours in the future

Wear super warm clothes and boots. The heater on the monster truck to the ice tunnel was broken. We were freezing. The whole tour is great but just so cold.
