nous avons assisté le 2 janvier 2026 au snorkeling l organisateur dépassé par le nombre de clients on doit se changer dehors au froid et parterres pour presque 200€ par personne on devrait avoir de bonnes conditions pour se changer et attendre notre tour nous avons dû passer 1h30 au froid a nous gelé dans des combinaisons gelée et dure par le froid et a la sortie de l eau tout était gelé incapable de dégelé le sol de la sortie de l eau ou des gens glissé et tomber très mauvaise organisation le chocolat de fin était plus tiède que chaud et les gâteaux congelé à se casser les dents je recommande pas cet organisateur pas du tout professionnel dans son organisation a organisé des activités avec du public qui paie Cher

We did the Crystal Ice Cave Tour and it was amazing! We had Murt as our guide and he was fantastic! We were never just standing around he had us involved and intrigued the whole time we stopped for many photo ops and taught us so much about the ice. The company provided safety helmets and crampons so we were always safe. The ride out to the glacier was so much fun in the 4x4 van it definitely added to the experience. Thank you so much for providing one of our favorite stops on our Icelandic trip

My family and I do not recommend booking a tour with Arctic Adventures. Firstly, they were 40 minutes late to pick us up from an agreed location as our rental car was too big for parking at the bus stop. They took 45 minutes to respond to a What’s App message. Then we were taken to a Horse farm which was not a part of our over $400 AUD each Glacier tour, to then be told by another family and not even the company that they have combined tours, so NO communication. Then our bus driver/ tour guide proceeded to park over black ice, three people slipped and worst of all the bus door started closing on my mum’s foot twice and we don’t even get an apology. Not to mention the fact the tour guide was on his phone and speeding while driving and then nearly missed our drop off spot which we had to remind him to drop us back at. The only good part was the Glacier tour which was three hours after we were on a random tour. So yeah, don’t waste your money on this company.

We had a poor experience dealing with this company’s customer service. When an issue came up with our reservation, we reached out immediately expecting a reasonable, helpful solution. Instead, the agent we spoke with was not understanding or compassionate, and overall they simply weren’t helpful. The conversation felt dismissive, which made an already frustrating situation much worse.

This 1-star review is not just because our experience was underwhelming (honestly, nothing to write home about), but because the deeper issue seems to be how this company treats customers. We expected a business selling “memories” and “once-in-a-lifetime experiences” to be service-focused and solutions-oriented. Instead, when we needed help, customer service was unhelpful, exactly the opposite of what you expect from a company. What really sealed it for us was talking to multiple other couples who shared their own horror stories with this company such as problems with logistics, communication, and support. When you hear the same themes from several unrelated people, it stops feeling like a one-off and starts feeling like a pattern.

I recently participated in the two-day tour. While the itinerary and logistics were fine, I had a very poor experience with our guide, Good John. He was noticeably unfriendly toward Asian guests. Because of this biased behavior, I cannot recommend this tour to any Asian travelers.

We booked the Katla Volcano Ice Cave tour from Vík for 1:45 PM and planned our day around it, only to discover at the last minute, when we opened the voucher, that our booking had been switched to 10 AM. As a result, we missed the tour entirely due to a website/booking glitch per the customer service agent. What’s especially frustrating is that the 1:45 PM option is advertised most days, but apparently not on Christmas Eve, yet the website still allowed us to book it. We’re now out $500 with no tour. To make it worse, when we called to figure out what happened, the customer service agent we spoke with was rude and hostile (honestly, it felt hateful), which was shocking given this situation was clearly not our fault. This happened on Christmas Eve, during our honeymoon, and it turned what should’ve been a highlight of our trip into a stressful, disappointing mess.
