(Translated by Google) Very long waiting time between activities. Lack of organization. 3 hours of activity for an 11 hour day. The structure of the zipline is rudimentary and is not safe. The quads are in very poor condition with the wheels threatening to come off. During the 25 min of cenote, the guide told us that it was important to tip him for 5-6 min (Original) Temps d'attente très long entre les activités. I hesitated between doing the 350 peso tour or just walking to the beach ourselves—thankfully, my partner convinced me to go for the tour, and it was absolutely worth it. First, the actual spot where tours go to see the bioluminescence is different this spot here on Google Maps and much further to reach on foot. Our guide was super knowledgeable, explained a lot along the way, and knew exactly where to find the brightest plankton. He also had a professional camera and took beautiful pictures of us under the stars, which made the night even more memorable. The sky was super clear, and he pointed out constellations and shared interesting info about the night sky. On the way back, he even stopped to show us some poisonous trees along the road. Not every guide might be this good, but for us, the 350 pesos were totally worth it. Be aware that there are seasons for the bioluminesence but we went mid April right around the full moon with 30-40% visibility and we still saw enough.

Very overpriced for what you get. They don't tell you about the optional ATV insurance before you book. Make you sit through a 10 minute video of why you should pay it. Another money maker, ridiculous given the price of the activity. Also no photos included with the booking, another $50 on top for around 10 photos

The big scam, the guides tell you that the bioluminicensia is at 50 or 60%. The reality is that they are deceptions, you only see some very separated flashes, the guides interrupt each other, the view of the celestial vault is very good

What a fantastic experience loved every second. Zip wire x 5 to start with got the adrenaline pumping followed by lunch. Following this an adrenaline filled ride on quad bikes - never done this before, it was so exciting. Finished up with a swim in the beautiful underwater caves which was so pretty. Would 💯 recommend this trip to anyone 😁

(Translated by Google) An ultra-touristy place, the color of the water is certainly pretty, but cannot in itself justify the 500 pesos requested at the entrance. And you really have to be naive or know nothing about nature to think that the turtles and some small fish present in the cenote were not introduced by those who exploit the place... It is a lot of fun. Well worth it. The zipline, the caves and the ATV was awesome. There is an element of tourist trap but ..it is totally worth it.

It is a beautiful cenote but if you are going there with your kids or family, it will take you about 10 minutes to get bored, its 500 pesos or 30 $ per so if you really want to see it, just pick one cenote and get done with it.
