After the cenote the guide said that we would not be going to another cenote but straight to horseback riding. We changed our clothes, ate for 10 minutes then we went for a 20 minute horse WALK. This was so disappointing. Then the guide asked for a tip. I tipped the two guides thinking it wasn’t their fault but I feel cheated. I basically paid a total of $240 ($180 tour plus $60 for my transport from my hotel to the meeting point) to see one cenote for an hour. $240 to see one cenote and go on a horse walk for 20 minutes is robbery. I would like a refund please.
