Great experience with children!
Lots to learn; a gimmick but very fun.
This is not really a museum, but an "experience". You get a historical talk re: Vikings in Ireland with your guide and then a short virtual reality presentation that covers some of the same subjects. Our guide was awesome, clearly very well versed in the subject matter. We felt it was a little rushed, but with only the two of us on the tour on a September morning we understood. Definitely memorable and we were happy we did it because the guide was awesome. Perhaps expensive, but life is for living.

Really enjoyed this experience. Guide was very good and kind. He had a great sense of humour. VR was great too. Ideal for our young teens. They loved it.
A day fit for a King and queen
Friendly welcoming knowledgeable and informative. We had no idea what to expect and only one of our party had had any experience of VR. We learnt so much and it was a pleasure to immerse ourselves in the experience. This experience is highly recommended.
