The experience with Golden Tours is brilliant. They’re really friendly and professional, and they explain everything in detail. I’ll definitely book with them again as soon as I return to London, whether it’s for this experience or any other.
Unique experience
Very well organized tour. Not cheap, but really worth it for Harry Potter fans! Easily accessible stop. The double-decker bus is comfortable. Unfortunately, just a Harry Potter movie (part 1) that had already started. The studio itself is huge, so I would definitely recommend the flexible tickets (without an end time)!
Run to the buss
It vas good but to short time in WB we had to run after the dinner to the buss had no time to shop
Terrible Service from Golden Tours!
Extremely disappointing experience with Golden Tours! The representatives were rude, unprofessional and seemed more interested in upselling than providing good customer service. We were given earphones to watch the onboard monitors during the bus ride, but NONE of them worked! What’s the point of offering an amenity that doesn't function? Thankfully, the Warner Bros. Harry Potter Studio Tour itself was absolutely AMAZING! Unfortunately, Golden Tours fell far short of that same standard. I highly recommend the Harry Potter experience, but would strongly suggest finding another transportation provider. Golden Tours needs to seriously improve its customer service and overall experience!
Convenient
Golden Tours office was easy to find and easy walk from the Baker Street underground. There were coffee shops near by too. The company has cold drinks to sell and there is restrooms at this location. The transportation was a double decker bus, roughly a 1hr from this location, and headphones were given to you to watch Harry Potter movie. Once you get to Warner Studios, your told where the pick-up is and the wrist band given at check-in tell you the time to be there. You're left alone after that. It would be nice if you were told that your ticket has a specific time for your tour, I was handed an envelope that felt like it didn't have anything in it with no explanation. I had about 3 hrs from the time on my ticket, which you can do the studio tour just a little hurried. It would've be better if I had 4hrs from the assigned time on my ticket. Its a big studio with a lit to see and do, so time management is something to keep in mind. It was roughly a hour bus ride, coming back you are given two options on where to get off, it doesn't return you to the start location. All in all, it was convenient way to get to Warner Studios and have your tickets ready to go. The price was worth it.
