The Golden Tours team are fab!
We booked in a rush - a spur of the moment decision at the actual tour bus pick up point. In our haste, it turned out we had booked a transport only option online when getting in line to board (it does say this in brackets, so double check what you are booking!). So we boarded the bus, but only discovered when we arrived at the studio that we had no entrance ticket (and the journey was an hour there and back), so we felt very foolish! The Golden Tours staff were extremely helpful, and despite the error being ours, they bent over backwards to get hold of some entrance tickets for us to save us a wasted trip and wasted money. (Tickets sell out well in advance we later found out, so we struggled to get hold of any ourselves.) They managed it and with a lot of effort on their part, they got us entry into the studio. The studio tour was amazing and the Golden Tours bus tour staff were amazing! I'd highly recommend the Harry Potter tour and I'd highly recommend golden tours. I'd also highly recommend booking in advance so you can be certain to procure tickets, and I'd certainly recommend reading the tour options very carefully when booking! Thank you Golden Tours for going aboce and beyond!

Beautiful experience, excellent organization and punctuality, it is a pity that the expectations and the price paid and the bus were not met: monitors not working, movie not visible, a normal bus would have been the same but we would have saved something on the transport! The studios are fantastic!

Experience was great. Probably a 5 hour day. Not including the commute. Erik from golden tour was very helpful with our scenario where our tickets were misplaced/missing leading us to the ticket office to identify what had happened.
