Unfriendly and disorganised
Its meant to take the stress away but it actually made it more stressful. Got there and were offered an upsellof £15 per ticket for flexible return, which felt very sneaky. It also left me feeling stressed wondering whether we needed more time, or whether it would be a disaster if we missed the bus home. We weren't allowed to check in and were told where to sit and they said they'd come and get us but then it was nearly time.and no one had come to get us. I asked at the desk and then was told off foe not checking in earlier. We were given earphones for the journey but there aren't enough screens. As we were one of the last in we couldn't watch the video. If I go again I would go on the train and use the free shuttle bus to have flexibility.

Aziz was a polite and great driver. Very friendly and treated us well. Got us to our destination with no issues on time.

It was great easy to find and on time. Great driving. Though did not drop off the same place so became lost as to where I needed to go from there.
Recommended.
The bus is clean and on time, with a much needed A/C. The visit to the studio is worth it if you are a Harry Potter fan although 3 hours might not be enough if you want to really listen or read the explanations and take pictures because it is crowded and from what I gathered from the people working there, it is always like that. It is so enjoyable though, and very interesting. You won't regret it.
Lots to see. Needed longer!
Could have used a little longer there. Bus told us we were getting picked up at 2:15 but we clearly waited for the 2:30 group before we left
