- Windsor Castle is a working royal palace and planned closures/disruptions may be subject to change, from those seen on the product page.
- Windsor Castle is closed on Tuesdays and Wednesday, we offer a walking tour instead on those days.
- When the State Apartments are closed the Precincts, Queen Mary’s Dolls’ House and the Drawings Gallery remain open.

- Due to driver's legal working hours restrictions, this tour will finish within a 2 or 3 minute walk of Gloucester Road Underground Station. This station is in Zone 1 and is three stops Eastbound on the Circle Line or the District Line to Victoria. The Piccadilly Line also runs through Gloucester Road, and is only 5 stops to Piccadilly Circus.
- During the winter months an additional five rooms, known collectively as the Semi-State Rooms, are included in the visitor route.
- St. George’s Chapel is usually closed to visitors on Sundays as services are held throughout the day. Worshippers are welcome to attend the services.

Amazing Sites and Amazing Tour Leaders
Bruce our tour guide and Armando our driver were both amazing and top notch. Despite unexpected mechanical challenges with the bus, they ensured we were able to get our full day experience. Bruce was very knowledgeable and so entertaining and fun to learn from. He was extraordinarily organized, and gave lots of good inside info not generally available. Armando was an amazing driver and took such good care of everyone. The sites speak for themselves, and you really get as much as you can out of them for a day trip.

Windsor castle, stonehenge...no bath
Bus broke down after 2 hour wait we got to Stonehenge. Allowed 2 hours there which was far too much time when we rushed through Windsor in 1 hour 20 minutes. We had to miss Bath which was included in our tour. Disappointed to miss this stop. Guide was very knowledgeable.
Poor
Bus broke down and we didn’t make it to Bath which was one of the reasons why I booked this tour. Poor preventive maintenance on the golden tour buses as a dirty fuel filter was the reason for the bus to breakdown.

All three places on the tour were great and i wish i had realized that you only got an hour or so at each place otherwise i would have booked less locations to spend more time at each But my low score has less to do with the itinerary and more to do with the bad tour guide. He consistently talked down generally to everyone and talked about the driver when he was not there. I presume it was an attempt at comedy but it came off as punching down constantly on others. He felt like he dud not want you be there. Would not recommend him as an tour guide
