Excellent experience - we loved it!
Exhibition great, transfer okay
The Harry Potter exhibition was fantastic and was enjoyed by all family members. The bus promised more from the outside than it delivered on the inside. We had hoped for the Harry Potter theme inside as well. Nora's entertainment also did not work. Too bad, with nearly 3 hours of travel time round trip!

5 excellent service. Very good communication and very accommodating to changes both whilst booking online and with pick up times from the venue. Very good drivers and quality vehicles. Would not hesitate to use again.
Pleasant and joyful trip
Everything worked as expected but have to say that the clerk behind the counter at Baker Street couldn’t look any more bored. The company he works for sells experiences, yet he himself looks like all joy has been drained out of him. No eye contact, no smile, just short, bare-minimum answers. Completely the wrong person for the job.
