Move over Stan Shunpike, Sohail is the new conductor in town!
I went for the 8th time for the 25th anniversary philosophers stone event and the first one had issues showing my tickets at the stand for the bus. Sohail was amazing help, even though he was on his break, he rung up customer service, got my details and sorted everything out without any issue! Thank you so much!!

Fun Harry Potter ride - set return time
Harry Potter bus was easy smooth and fun ride to WB Studios. They provide a set return time which I understand but is challenging. If you want to stay longer and return back to some areas. We took an Uber back due to this.
