Pass by: The Royal Crescent is a series of 30 terraced buildings in Bath, England, built out in a sweeping crescent. It is a Grade I listed structure that was designed by architect John Wood, the Younger and erected between 1767 and 1774. It is one of the best examples of Georgian architecture in the UK. Although the numerous interiors have seen significant changes throughout the years, the Georgian stone exterior has remained largely unchanged since its construction. The 500-foot-long crescent features 114 Ionic columns on the first floor and a Palladian-style entablature above. With its views over the parkland opposite, it was the first crescent of terraced dwellings to be built and an example of "rus in urbe." Since it was created over 240 years ago, many noteworthy people have lived or stayed in the Royal Crescent, and some are honoured on unique plaques affixed to the respective buildings.

Lovely experience, booking system confusing tho

The tour guide and driver were accommodating and professional. Although, the booking system was confusing. I thought that the ticket price included entrance to Stonehenge and the bath. However it turned out the ticket price only included driving tourists to those places.

Grateful for this enriching experience.

The experience was wonderful at all times and very enriching. We could not be more grateful to our guide, Kelvin, who, despite the fact that we could not take the tour in Spanish that day, was very clear and entertaining in his narration, so we did not miss any information. He also gave us many additional tips on what places to visit in Bath and even in London upon our return. We are not at all regretful for having chosen only Stonehenge and Bath for this tour, because adding a third destination would have shortened our time too much (you will feel like you want to stay a little longer in each one), so I recommend this 100%!

Fun trip out of the city

Our guide, Kelvin, was amazing! His narrative made the trip so much more interesting and he had great recommendations in Bath. Our driver, Rabbi, got us everywhere safely and promptly. My only wish is that we had a better instructions of where to go for the Initial pick up location. Once we found the correct area, everyone was super helpful but walking around the building leading up to it was slightly confusing.
