Fast, friendly, and punctual
Booked Happy Shuttle Cancun for a friends and family trip of 11. By far the most punctual and accurate transportion company. We all fit comfortably in their spacious van. I’ve visited Cancun for than 9 times and these guys are by far the best. Highly recommend 10/10
Good price and timely
The pickup from thr hotel was great. Took a while but finally a person showed up and he was very helpful. The driver was nice and fun. Drove safe. The pickup back to the airport was not as great and the shuttle was not clearly marked. The driver had my info so I took the chance. Everything was great and timely. That driver was just about the business. Would choose again thought

Zero complaints
Instructions for finding our Happy Shuttle rep were perfect. After checking in, he immediately called the driver and we were on the road in 10 minutes. During the wait he set up our return trip to the airport 6 days later. Our driver was very polite and we felt safe the entire ride. On our return date, the driver arrived at our resort 5 minutes before the scheduled time and we were on the road in no time. A different driver this time but he was just as polite and safe. Got us to the airport terminal with no issues. Worth every penny for the reliability, safety and promptness. Will use again for future trips to the Cancun area.
