First time visit to Cancun and finding reliable transportation from the airport to the resort was challenging, reviews helped but still it was inconsistent and we were not sure. Happyshuttle reviews were great, they had very clear terms, excellent instructions on what to expect and the best fare. Walking out of the Cancun airport, there's a quite a bit of walk before you will find Happyshuttle staff. It's easy to get caught up in haggling ride providers. The Happyshuttle staff was helpful. Once they confirmed reservation, it took 15 minutes or more for the Van to show up. I think they call the shuttle after they meet the customers. The vehicle was a clean minivan kind of vehicle, very spacious and plenty of room for luggage. The driver spoke good English and was very friendly. The driver was willing to stop on the way if we needed some snacks, essentially, they will work with your needs. We reserved round trip to the resort and back to the airport. The driver showed up on time for the return trip as well. They drove really well. They offered water. The vehicle was very neat and clean. You will not be dissapointed with Happyshuttle service.

Airport round trip transportation
Had a great experience meeting the Happy shuttle rep at the Cancun airport. They led us to our tour driver and ride and set up and verified the return trip. It was totally seamless and a very positive experience. We will definitely utilize them on our next trip!!!
