Approach with Caution

Made arrangements ahead of trip trusting the reservation. On their own they decided I was to be picked up at 6:30am when our flight was to leave at 2pm. This was their mistake. I was told I would have to make a new reservation and pay more money…..unreliable, poor customer service, use at your own risk.
