Over an Hour Wait for “Private” Airport Transportation
Very disappointing experience. We arrived at Cancun Airport and had to wait over an hour for our transportation to arrive. For a service advertised as private roundtrip transportation, this was unacceptable, especially after a long flight. There was also very little communication about the delay or when the driver would actually arrive. I would not recommend this service based on our experience.
Long wait for private shuttle - hot drinks
Use someone else! Avoid!!! Waiting outside in the heat 45 minutes is unacceptable. We were on the first flights that landed in CANCUN. Meanwhile the rest of our group met their driver immediately. Book thru your hotel. NOT A HAPPY CAMPER. Sad part - the employees dont care. I asked him to contact the manager and he said he couldn’t because he had to write his report. How the hell is that going to help me?? Horrible customer service. Ordered food and drinks before. They were sitting in the door handle. Hot drinks in a hot van - no private suv. Do not believe what they advertise.

We were totally impressed with the service that Happy provided us on our airports shuttle transportation. Professional friendly drivers and new clean VW vans. Top notch communications and ease of arranging return transport time. We get free transport from JetBlue vacations and were never happy with it. This time we hired Happy and will continue to use them every time we return to Cancun. Great service, great people, you can’t go wrong with Happy Shuttle Cancun
