- Please note that a live official guide inside the Pompeii ruins is guaranteed for language groups with a minimum of 6 participants. For groups of less than 6 passengers, the live guide will be replaced by a high-quality interactive audioguide, and the total tour price remains the same.
- High season (Apr–Oct) has a minimum of 2 pax Low season (Nov–Mar) has a minimum of 4 pax
- When the booking arrives 8 hours before the start time, the ONLY pick-up point is Starhotels Terminus in Piazza Garibaldi.
- Itinerary may change (weather/heat): Pompeii–Vesuvius ↔ Valley of Hell
- The ascent to the Vesuvius crater requires walking uphill on loose gravel and uneven terrain. The hike is equivalent to climbing approximately 45 flights of stairs; comfortable walking shoes, a sun hat, and water are highly recommended.

Perfect Day Trip from Naples
Clear communication from our guide Marco. Easy and clear coordination on morning pickup as well as throughout the day. Our driver Luca handled the city traffic and switchbacks with ease. Our Pompeii tour guide Nina was perfection. Not only was she an expert in the history, she was friendly and funny! She painted a picture of the bustling life of Pompeii through the tour and addressed the tragedy of the Mt Vesuvius eruption with compassion and respect for the lost souls. Our lunch stop between Pompeii and Mt Vesuvius was delicious and in a beautiful setting. I highly recommend the small group tour with lunch! It was a stressful and enjoyable day!

Wonderful day out
An amazing day out from Naples to see Mt Vesuvius and Pompeii, really well organised, I was travelling with my 12 year old daughter and it was great to be able to focus on the experience without having to think about logistics and we loved our tour guide Josephine - highly recommend!
Good Tour!
You definitely need this for the Pompeii Archaeological Museum if it is busy, guide was knowledgeable not only about the park, but ways to get around that would have overwhelmed someone by them self. Palao was an awesome tour guide, they make sure your experience goes good!
Probably the best tour I’ve been on
Fantastic trip. Connie was our guide and she took care of everything. It felt very efficient and well organised. Gennaro the 5th was our driver and he was very good as well. In Pompeii we had Tomasso who was a phenomenal guide: very knowledgeable and funny. The only slight criticism I have is that the lunch was pretty basic. On the other hand it was three courses and we got a choice of alcoholic drinks despite not paying for the wine tasting. Overall I would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting Naples.
