Another Perfect Transfer in the Amalfi Coast
After a wonderful transfer for our honeymoon last year with Eugenio, we decided to book another transfer for our one-year anniversary trip this year. The pickup at Naples Airport was smooth, and we were in the car within minutes of our arrival. We were excited that Eugenio was available and able to provide another perfect trip to Sorrento. His knowledge of the region and engaging conversation are second to none. I can gladly say we will be scheduling another transfer with Eugenio when we return for our next trip. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Experience
Wasted so much time with no information
Out of respect for the company we asked for transportation at 1 pm, we landed at 12 and knew it would take time for customs and gathering luggage. We exited the airport right at 1 pm and no one was found waiting for us. No info was given on this booking of where to meet or who to look for. After 20 minutes of waiting for someone to show up with a sign for us I reached out to Viator help desk to see if they could call these ppl since no one was answering us. They said the guy is outside in an orange shirt so we searched again and nothing. Finally a half hour later a woman in a red shirt had a sign for us and led us to a parking garage where we waited for another 15 minutes for a driver in a white shirt. They wasted so much of our time we were stuck in heat with our baby for over an hour. Do not respect them give them an earlier time and make them wait for you. Do not recommend this service!
Excellent Transfer Service with Tommy
Tommy took us from Naples Central Station to our hotel in Sorrento, and the whole experience was excellent. He was punctual, friendly, and made us feel welcome from the moment we met him. The journey was comfortable, and he drove safely while sharing interesting information about the local area, which was a lovely bonus. After a long journey, it was the perfect start to our holiday.
