Vicente & Raffaello are AMAZING
It's been a dream of mine to take my parents to Pompeii and we were all blown away with the experience. I wanted to make sure they had a wonderful experience and was emailing with the staff for months. Vicente, our driver/host, was so charismatic, funny, and made us all feel so welcomed and at ease. He spoke with all of us in both Spanish and English, and ensured everyone felt comfortable. He kept us on time and was just such a delight. Raffaello, our tour guide, spoke 5 languages and was so unbelievably knowledgeable. What a wealth of knowledge! Delivered the whole tour in such a fascinating way, making us laugh and checking in on everyone throughout the trip. I was truly blown away by Vicente and Raffaello. I would specifically ask for this duo over and over again if I could! Thank you both so much for great memories. You made our entire trip.
Worst experience we had in Italy !!
Our tour was scheduled to leave at 8:30. We were at the meeting point at 7:50. I called the company at 9 AM for them to tell me the tour had been moved up an hour and they already left. The company told me they messaged me and called me. I have no record of that my phone they did call the hotel at 7:15 and we were having breakfast. They never received the message the woman on the phone was extremely rude and told us we would not get our money back.

Antonio Carola was my driver and he was fantastic! Nice, welcoming, and accomodating. He provided us with cold water, punctual pick ups, and he even took us to an incredible church near pompeii because we had extra time!
