- This tour guarantees a timely return to the port before your ship’s departure.
- Upon debarkation, please proceed to the entrance of the docking platform where your tour representative from WorldTours will meet you holding a "WorldTours" sign. If your cruise ship does not dock at the port terminal, pick-up will be provided near the docking platform of the ship.

Bad communication and (maybe?) cancelled tour = REFUND
Tour operator sent us a WhatsApp the day before the tour (Worldtours Italy) saying that they didn't have enough people signed up, so it was cancelled and we could either rebook a different tour, reschedule that one, or get a refund. I said refund, then I booked a new tour with a different tour company. A few hours later, we got another message from a different number (Worldtours staff) saying they would pick us up at 8am the next day. We also received conflicting information through Viator messaging. 10 days later, we had not received a refund and they did not reply to my follow up WhatsApp message, so I had to go through Viator to get a refund. Communication with this tour company was awful - I'm still not sure if the tour actually took place or not - and I would not recommend.
An Unforgettable trip to Pompeii and Volcano
"We had an excellent experience with our driver Antonio Carola today. He picked us up right on time, was incredibly patient, polite, and made the whole day feel super smooth. Along the way he shared helpful info about the area and answered every question we had. He even recommended a great local restaurant that we loved. He took us to Pompeii and up near Vesuvius, giving us plenty of time to explore and take photos without feeling rushed. And as a kind gesture, he dropped us right at our hotel since it was on his way, which saved us a lot of backtracking. Truly a safe, professional, and thoughtful driver. We couldn't recommend Antonio more highly."
Amazing tour
This tour was amazing! Antonio Carola was the best driver, he took great care of us and was very knowledgeable about the area. When we got to Pompeii, Roberta provided an insightful and informative tour. She was very passionate and knowledgeable and provided us a world class tour of the ruins.

Fantastic special experience
Myself and my husband and children along with our friends and children did a private Pompeii and Vesuvius tour with Antonio Carelo today. He was absolutely amazing from start to finish. He was there with a clearly marked sign when we left our cruise and was friendly and welcome from the minute we said hello. He was informative and interesting telling us what all the sights around us were. We first visited Pompeii. He was kind and provided lots of water on what was a very very hot day. We then took a wonderful drive up to Vesuvius. Antonio opened the roof on the vehicle we were in making the experience even more special. It was a fantastic day and we could not have asked for a better guide. I would highly recommend. Thank you
