You must redeem your voucher at Stop 1 or Stop 5 to start your tour
To receive printed physical tickets, guests must redeem their online vouchers exclusively at Stop 1 or Stop 5 with a sales agent. These physical tickets are mandatory for hopping on and off the buses throughout the day
All guests must start at Stop 1 (21 S 5th Street) or Stop 5 (12 N 12th Street) for the bus tour. At these stops, you can redeem your online voucher. You cannot board the bus at any stop without first seeing a sales agent to do one of these, but once you get your validated paper ticket and start at Stop 1 or 5, you can get on and off as you please from then on
Complimentary shuttle service is available for guests staying at Center City or Old City hotels to help you reach a sales agent and redeem your voucher. Please note that service is provided on a first-come, first-served basis and is not guaranteed. Reservations are required by phone, with the final pickup or drop-off scheduled for 3pm. Reservations must be made at 215-922-2300 (8:30am - 3pm)

The 1.5 hour Panoramic Night Tour has 2 daily departures at 6:30pm and 8pm. Suggested boarding time is 20-30 minutes prior to selected departure time. Meeting Point: The City Sightseeing kiosk, 80 S. 6th Street, Philadelphia. Please note that this is a panoramic tour and not a hop-on hop-off bus tour. There will be a live guide in English

Unexpected drop off.

Pleasant ride with decent commentary. Unfortunately, we got on at Reading Market, which was not stop one. Once we got to what WAS stop 1, we were made to get off in a place far from where we needed to be. That was rather inconvenient, having thought we would get the entire loop regardless of where we got on.

Disappointed

The employees were friendly and knowledgeable, but the service itself could be improved. They only had one bus running during a rain storm which resulted in long waits in the rain . We couldn’t board the bus at all stops, so we had to walk a mile and a half to redeem our voucher in the rain

Staff was really friendly, professional and informative. Worth the time especially when your time is limited. Only negative I can say it was 30 min. Between buses so plan accordingly
