- Buses depart from Stop 1 Dubai Mall - Zabeel Parking at 10am, 12pm, 2pm and 4pm
- Vouchers can be used any day within 12 months of travel date selected at check-out
- Vouchers can be redeemed at any of the bus stops or you can go to one of the following Customer Support locations: Zabeel Bus Parking (Dubai Mall), The Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo (ground floor and second floor), Mall of the Emirates Gate 4 (Tourist bus parking next to Ski Dubai), Atlantis The Palm (Next to the monorail station), JBR The Beach (Amwaj next to KFC Restaurant), Souk Madinat Jumeirah (next to Seattle's Best Coffee)
- Lost World Aquarium: Open daily from 10am - 9pm. Location: Stop 2 (Atlantis The Palm). The Lost World Aquarium voucher must be used within one week from the date you redeem your bus voucher
- Aquaventure Waterpark: Open daily from 10am until sunset (closing time depends on the time of year). Height restrictions are in place on the rides. Life jackets are to be worn by all swimmers who are less than 1.2 metres tall (available free of charge). Please note, Atlantis's child policy is from 3 years old. 3 and 4 year olds will need a separate ticket to access Aquaventure Waterpark. Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult
