- Stop 8 will be temporarily out of service on 5 October and 11 October. Customers should use Stop 9 (Gallier Hall) as an alternative stop on these dates

Misery in New Orleans
This tour should have been canceled. New Orleans had massive rains and flooding today. Since it was too late to get a refund, we made the effort to get to the bus stop and intend to sit on the first level to avoid the rain. However when we got on, the bus was full with the only seats available on the upper level. The seats were wet and when the heavy rains started again we got soaked. Since we had boarded the bus we were forced to stay on until our stop came up again. 90 minutes of being soaked is not what we paid for. I expected a lot more from a tour purchased through Viator. NEVER AGAIN!

Great way to get around town. Stops at all the major areas. Could have done without the personal commentary from guides, stick to the history and facts please.

We had a great experience...
We had a great experience on the hop on hop off bus tour of New Orleans. Nice clean bus. Narrated live tour guide Ellen was friendly, polite, knowledgable and funny. She gave us lots of hints on what to do, what to see, where to shop, where to eat. Very enjoyable.
A tourist staple
The tour guides were friendly and informative. I got on and off the bus a couple times and learned something new each time. Keep in mind buses are about 20 minutes apart but sometimes it’s longer due to traffic.
