Untrustworthy
I made a reservation at 1:37 pm and canceled at 1:50 pm due to very bad weather! I was told not to worry they would contact the operator but also asked me to call. I was greated rudely by the operator and told Viator dis NOT want to issue me a refund. I called Viator back and they again told mw not to worry. I would receive an email. Only the email I received denied my refund of $102. Do not use this service.. if anything happens at the moment you book and have to cancel!

We took the July 4th Garden District walking tour, and our guide, Colin, was absolutely spectacular. He was incredibly informative, sharing fascinating history and local insights that truly brought the neighborhood to life.To top it off, Colin went completely above and beyond at the end of the tour. He personally helped us figure out the RTA transit directions so we could successfully navigate our way to the Creole Queen paddlewheeler for our July 4th evening sailing. That kind of genuine hospitality is rare and made our holiday so special.If you are visiting NOLA for the first time, do yourself a favor and book this! Pro-tip: Do the Hop-On Hop-Off bus tour on your very first day to get the perfect layout of the city and figure out what you want to see more of, then make sure to catch a walking tour with Colin. 100% recommend!
Loved the Learning
We really enjoyed learning things we weren’t aware of. We had two different guides. Very different experience. If you don’t love the guide- hop off and catch the next bus. I couldn’t believe how different they were. Would’ve expected anything about Katrina but we didn’t get any info. It was a really informative afternoon.
