Transfer Naple to Amalfi
The transfer from Naples to Amalfi was very nice and charming following the road on the mountains. The driver Tomi/Thomas share with us a lot of his knowledge of the area and it was very appreciated. He was also very helpful to find and drop us at our hotel. Car was nice and well maintained.
A good drive!
Taxidriver Tommy was very friendly, was being a bit of a city guide himself by telling things about buildings we passed by and gave a recommendation for a restaurant. And very well on time! A good drive!
Awful experience
I was told to give a pick up time and we were at the spot 15 minutes ahead of time. I was not told they went by the train schedule. I gave us extra time after our train in case we were delayed, my pick up time was 4 pm he came at the train time. It cost us $200 to get anugger ride from Naples to Amalfi. I used visitor for all our tours and they are refusing to refund us for misrepresenting. Here I thought I was being kind to give us extra time so he wouldn’t have to wait but in the end got screwed. I am very disappointed and not sure if I will continue to use Viator. All the other tours went well, thus put a damper on it.
