- The buffet offers the same menu for all guests, but there are dishes that vegetarians and those seeking Muslim-friendly options can enjoy. However, please note that we do not cater to following dietary requirements: Vegan, Halal, Pure vegetarian, Gluten free, and Allergy-friendly meals.
- All weekend and Japanese public holiday tours will depart only from Shinjuku at 7:30 to avoid the traffic congestion.

Excellent Mt. Fuji & Hakone Tour with an Outstanding Guide, Tsubasa

Our guide, Tsubasa, was professional, knowledgeable, and kept the tour organized while sharing interesting facts throughout the day. Mount Fuji in the rain.
Roji and Mi did a great job. They we very informative and took good care of us. The tour was very interesting. Sometimes Roji talked very fast but was still easy to understand on English.

Great tour and our guide Tsubasa was excellent. He clearly knew a lot about japan and he was really funny as well. 10/10 would recommend and we didn’t even get to see mt Fuji so that’s saying something. Overall great experience
