Amazing trip
Great trip ! Amazing food and a very intelligent guide feel like I defiantly know a lot about Goa. Local places and ate at hidden gems
A curated and thoughtfully planned tour of Margao
We were in Goa for a team offsite and the Margao walking tour and food trail with Make it Happen was a team bonding activity scheduled for the last day. Highly recommend both the overall experience and our guide Pavan. The tour starts at the Margao church with stops at a local bakery, restaurants and market. It was fascinating to walk through a neighborhood with ruins of old homes of wealthy families that lived there in the past. Pavan gave us a lot of rich insights into Goan history including the pre-Portuguese and Portuguese period. The temple to a spirit god was another interesting window into local rituals and spiritual practices. The food stops are all picked with care and the items are curated for the group. Thanks to Pavan and Make it Happen for this peek into local Goan history, food and culture.
Amazing experience!!
The food trail was amazing, with the knowledgeable storyteller Pawan guiding us thru Margao with history, context and exploring Goan foods
Wonderful day on the streets of Margão
A wonderful experience both gastronomic as a walk through the colorful streets of Margão, a city that I highly recommend to visit. Experience in the Margão market was super enriching. The Pawan Guide was super attentive both in explaining the locations, churches, Hindu temples, food, markets, streets, etc. Very good, I highly recommend.
Amazing food tour
The food trail was an amazing experience, and Alita was an amazing guide. I enjoyed a lot talking about food, tasting some amazing dishes from Goan cuisine and wandering around the city experiencing the central market as well. I really recommend this tour, especially since Margao is a beautiful city in which its cuisine mirrors its cultural beauty!
