Good to know
- Minimum age two (2) years (babies not allowed). We have Child Restraint Systems from 2 years.
- Minimum weight required: 9 kg
- In winter the tuk-tuks have protective layers against rain and wind, and have blankets to keep them warm
- In case of customer delay, the activity will be reduced based on the time lost, which may cause a change in the fixed route. The activity will be canceled if the delay is greater than 15 minutes and the amount paid will not be refunded
- The tour itinerary may vary due to street closures or demonstrations on the day of the tour
- Tuk-tuks are booked privately, and the price is set based on the number of tuk-tuks needed for the group, with the legal maximum being 4 passengers per tuk-tuk.
- Tuk-tuks do not have trunks, so you can not carry strollers, wheelchairs, suitcases or large packages.
- For security reasons, pets and companion animals are not allowed.
- The tours take place in rain or heat, and can only be canceled under extreme conditions.
- Tours cannot be modified, nor can stops for photographs. These stops will be made in the prearranged places.
- The vehicles are suitable for older people, and our drivers will help them get on if necessary.

Perfect experience & super fun!
10 out of 10! Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable of not just lights but historic monuments along the tour! Laura answered lots of questions and even gave us tips on fun spots in the city! She was very accommodating for photos and made us laugh along the way! Highly recommended for anyone whether you’re a first time visitor or even new to the city!

Wonderful introductory activity in Madrid for our family- before our trip we hadn't thought of Madrid as a Winter Wonderland destination, but the Christmas lights were gorgeous and gave the city an amazing festive glow and holiday atmosphere. Our guide Carlos was knowledgeable, welcoming and expertly navigated us through the sites and the various light displays. We were very pleased with the tour.

A Unique Madrid Experience!
What a fun little tour! Seeing the city lit up for the holidays was magical, but I also learned a lot about the history of Madrid and key landmarks from Carlos. I would highly recommend this tour!
