- In case of customer delay the activity will be reduced according to the lost time, which may cause a change in the route set. The activity will be cancelled if the delay is longer than 15 minutes and no refund of the amount paid will be made
- Tour itinerary may vary by closed streets or demonstrations on the day of the tour
- Tuk-tuks are reserved privately, and the price is set according to the number of tuk-tuks needed for the group, being the legal maximum of 4 passengers per tuk-tuk.
- Tuk-tuks do not have trunks, so you can not carry strollers, wheelchairs, suitcases or large packages.
- For security reasons, pets and pets are not allowed.
- Tours take place in rain or heat, and can only be cancelled under extreme conditions.
- The tours are designed to make the indicated tour, and make a series of stops already set, depending on the duration of the selected tour, to take photos. It is important to note that the 60-minute tour does not stop. On the 120-minute tour you will stop in Montjuic, while on the 180- and 240-minute tours you will also stop in the Olympic Port and Pedralbes. Tours cannot be modified, nor can stops for photographs.
- The vehicles are suitable for older people, and our drivers will help them get on if necessary.
- The pick-up point is located where the lift access to the “Interparking Novedades” car park is located, located at Carrer de Casp 13 (08010), opposite the entrance of the ME Barcelona hotel. Please wait in front of the entrance elevator to the car park, at street level. Your driver-guide will come to that point to pick you up. A unique and unforgettable way to experience Barcelona!
This is a great way to experience Barcelona and it allows you to see many of the sites all in one go! I travelled with my parents who are on the older side and being able to sit in one place, have a few stops, and be comfortable, as well as having an amazing tour guide who answered all our questions so well (our tour guide was Amanda who was absolutely lovely!) was great and I would recommend anyone to experience Barcelona by using a Tuk Tuk!
Amazing sightseeing
For the second time we booked the 3-hour Expert Tour with Eco Tuk Tuk Barcelona — and once again it was a fantastic experience. Our first tour was back in 2024, and this time the experience was even better. One of the biggest improvements is the new location. Two years ago the departure point was near Barcelona Nord, but the new spot is much more convenient and comfortable. The waiting area is clean, organized, and there are good toilet facilities available, which is honestly very welcome before a long city tour. A huge plus for us was discovering that, upon request, it is even possible to leave a mobility scooter safely behind during the tour. That was new for us and extremely helpful information, especially when traveling with limited mobility. Last time our guide was Danny, who was excellent, and this year we had Amanda. She was an amazing driver and guide: very friendly, spoke excellent English, drove safely through the busy streets of Barcelona, and shared many interesting facts and stories about the city. She was also flexible during the tour and adapted well to what we wanted to see and photograph. The tuk tuk itself is such a relaxed and fun way to explore Barcelona. You see so many highlights without exhausting yourself walking all day, and you still really feel the atmosphere of the city. The only small suggestion I would give: it would help if the staff members who register guests and connect you with your driver would wear an Eco Tuk Tuk shirt, badge, or some kind of clear identification. When we arrived, I honestly did not immediately know who was supposed to approach me, so at first I was a bit unnecessarily cautious. But overall: another great experience, professional company, friendly people, and definitely something we will book again on our next trip to Barcelona. Looking forward already to the next ride!
