Itinerary
Pass by: The Plaza Monumental de Barcelona is a bullring in the city of Barcelona. Inaugurated in 1914 under the name of Plaza de El Sport, it was immediately enlarged and renamed in 1916 under the name "Monumental".
The Sagrada Familia is the undisputed icon of Barcelona and the masterpiece of Antoni Gaudí. It is the most visited monument in the city. Recognizable from afar by its towers that rise towards the sky, it has two exterior facades that impact the visitor. However, it is inside that Gaudí's genius is reflected. Currently the basilica is still under construction and its completion is scheduled for 2026.
Pass by: Casa Milà, more popularly known as La Pedrera, for its quarry-like exterior, was the last civil work of the architect Antoni Gaudí before dedicating himself exclusively to the Sagrada Familia. It is a visit that you cannot miss. Built between 1906 and 1910, in 1994 it was declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO.
Pass by: This building, located in the heart of the Ensanche, is one of the most famous in the city. The architect Antoni Gaudí designed it at the beginning of the 20th century, at the height of modernism, to turn it into the residence of the Batlló family. It is a true work of art, both outside and inside. If you pass by, when you walk through Passeig de Gràcia, the first thing that will catch your attention is its facade.
Pass by: It is difficult to visit Barcelona and not go through the Plaza de Catalunya, the link between Ciutat Vella and the Ensanche neighborhood, and the point of convergence of the public transport network and some of the most important streets in the city.
Pass by: This Josep Puig i Cadafalch square is the link between the Montjuïc mountain, the Sants neighborhood and the Poble-sec. At the intersection of some of the most important roads in Barcelona is the Plaza de Espanya, the gateway to Montjuïc built during the 1929 Universal Exposition and partially inspired by St. Peter's Square in the Vatican. In the center of the square stands out a monumental fountain by Josep Maria Jujol, Gaudí's disciple, called Font dels Tres Mars, which symbolizes the three seas that surround the Iberian peninsula.
Pass by: Montjuic or Montjuich is a mountain in Barcelona, with a height of 177 meters above sea level, which houses a neighborhood of the same name, in the district of Sants-Montjuic.
Pass by: Around the oldest part of the port of Barcelona there are many points of historical and leisure interest. The Port Vell of today is intended for sports boats, cruises, leisure and cultural activities. Attached to its banks you will find monuments, museums, shopping centers, a large aquarium and a sailing ship from 1918.
Pass by: The space that hosted the 1888 Universal Exposition is now a large park with two museums, an extensive collection of public art, and much more. With more than seventeen hectares, the Ciutadella Park is the largest urban park in Barcelona after that of Montjuïc and a true museum of outdoor sculptures.
Pass by: The Arc de Triomf is a monument located at the confluence between the Paseo de Lluís Companys, the Paseo de San Juan and the Ronda de San Pedro, in the city of Barcelona. It was designed by the architect José Vilaseca as the main entrance to the Barcelona Universal Exhibition of 1888.

Jose was incredible....
Jose was incredible. Funny, knowledgeable and friendly. Learning about his city was fascinating. And places we went to were fantastic
Tuk tuk tour
This was a great way to see much of the city in a short time. The tour took us to places we would never have visited on our own. We had many stops with great views for pictures. Tour guide was very cheerful and very knowledgeable about popular landmarks.
Don't believe everything that you read about tours.
We booked this tour with the description stating that we would have tickets to go into the Sagrada Familia. The tickets were not proved AND we stopped for only 30 seconds to point our camera and drove away. We could have booked another tour. Bad promotional description. We just drove around for four hours. Our driver was excellent, professional and courteous. This was not his fault. We have taken many tours with Viator in other cities. The price was not equal to the tour value.
