Lovely Afternoon
Lovely afternoon tea and I thought it was great value for money
Buyer Beware - Horrible customer service!
The was a HUGE disappointment. We booked this tour months aga (from the US) and were looking forward to a great afternoon exploring London. We are staying in West End, and we called for a Taxi to take us to the meeting point, with an hour to spare. The first taxi advised that all streets to get to Victoria were closed due to Pride. I thought that maybe he was not positive or sure, so we tried 4 more car services. I called both Golden Tours and Head out (the booking app) with no help at all. I asked if we could reschedule for Sunday, and were told no. On top of the stern “no” from Golden tours - all of the taxi drivers told me, that they had no idea how we were going to all of the landmarks - because those roads were closed too. Based on the fact that the tour company made no attempt to pre-warn us or help once the issue was discovered, I would NOT recommend this tour company. Horrible customer service.
We had a really good time!
Food was delicious! Playlist was fire! Views were stunning! And the bus itself was super cute! My friends and I had a really lovely time.
Incredible girls day out
What an incredible experience and day out! Food was fantastic, accompanied by a variety of beverages. Bus was airconed, and staff were friendly and lovely. Music was on point, lots of sing alongs and a girls favourite. Would highly recommend and will be returning for another tour shortly again.
Lovely Afternoon Tea
A lovely experience on the pink bus. Sandwiches and cakes were nice, but there could have been another half round of sandwiches per person to make it perfect. It was lovely to be given additional glasses of Prosecco, along with your choice of hot drinks and also a bottle of water. Additionally, we were gifted a lovely little fan which helped with the heat as it was a beautiful day. The serving staff were lovely and were very helpful. Overall, a lovely afternoon spent in London.
