- Vegetarian meal options are available. (some of the products contain fish-based broth)

If you have any other dietary restrictions or allergies, please be sure to inform us at least 2 days prior to the tour date. We may not be able to accommodate any requests made after this deadline.

- Please make sure to bring cash with you. Deer crackers can only be purchased with cash, and some shops also accept cash only, so having cash will be necessary and convenient.
- We do not supply any extra pick up & drop off service.
- The lunch/restaurant may change due to operational reasons.
- If any of the visiting places is closed, we will try to attend an alternative place.
- Customers will walk including stairs and hills in each places
- Due to the weather conditions, traffic conditions, or suspension of operation, we may have a possibility not to achieve all the activities. The tour will be attending to alternative place or giving out a gift as a compensation, depending on the situation at that time. There will not be any refunds for these changes.
- Itinerary order is subject to change depending on traffic, weather, and operation.
- Late arrivals will not be entertained and joining midway is not feasible for the tour. Please arrive the meeting point on time.

One of the best tours in Japan
The tour was fantastic! It was the first tour we took in Japan where the schedule felt more relaxed, and our guide, Den, was incredibly patient and attentive. She always made sure no one got left behind, helped us if we got lost, took great photos for us, and was happy to answer any questions or share extra information throughout the day. Visiting the deer in Nara was so much fun! One of the best tips Den gave us was to walk a little farther away from the areas where the deer crackers are sold. The deer there were much calmer, making the experience much more enjoyable. The lunch was delicious, but the highlight of the tour was definitely the matcha ceremony. The hosts made us feel right at home, and the matcha was oishii (delicious)! I also recommend paying the admission fee (not included in the tour) at the first shrine with the lanterns. Inside, there's a dark room where hundreds of lanterns are illuminated, and it's absolutely beautiful and well worth the extra cost. For Spanish-speaking travelers, just keep in mind that the Spanish explanations are provided through audio recordings rather than by a live Spanish-speaking guide.
Deers
Den was very helpful she showed several interesting sites she also explained the history behind many historical sites my personal favorite was the deer park. Feeding the deers was quite fun but be careful when you start buying their food they can so round you and some make small bites.
