- Please present your voucher or e-ticket at any of Uber Boat piers between Battersea Power Station and Barking riverside (Central and East zone) t offices: Westminster, Embankment, London Bridge, Tower, Greenwich or North Greenwich piers
- Not valid for use on the River Bus Express services for events at The O2
- Ticket valid for travel from/to any pier between Battersea Power Station and Barking Riverside g hours: 10am - 6pm but Uber Boats by Thames Clippers are running until 9-10 pm. Please refer to time table.
- All our piers are step-free and wheelchair accessible except for Cadogan, London Bridge City and Wandsworth Riverside Quarter piers.
- Only certain models of mobility scooter can travel on Uber Boat by Thames Clippers vessels. Whilst some mobility scooters will fit, some are too large. Please contact Uber Boat by Thames Clippers directly.

Waste of time
Sure this is good at certain times but what a disaster for us. 40 minute wait to get on & then 40 minute wait to return. Boats are crowded and staff not helpful. Nice views but what a waste of time. Would have been quicker to get a taxi and that is saying a lot

Fabulous day exploring Greenwich
Used the boat to cut down on a long walk and thoroughly enjoyed the experience! Was unexpected as had not planned to do the trip that way! Malkeet was extremely helpful and told us about the Greenwich Foot Tunnel which we knew nothing about- so was yet another unexpected experience! Brilliant!
