Good to know
- All our piers are step-free and wheelchair accessible except for Cadogan, London Bridge City and Wandsworth Riverside Quarter piers. This is because the brow can become too steep, dependant on the tide, at these locations, making it unsafe for wheelchair users.
- Tickets are valid within Central and East zone ( between Battersea and Barking Riverside piers).
- Tickets are not valid on The O2 express services.
- Please present your printed or e-ticket at any of our piers (within East and Central zones).
- You can get on the boat and travel at any of our piers between Central and East Zone (Battersea Power Station and Barking Riverside).
- Children up to the age of 10 must always be accompanied by an adult.
- Tickets are valid for the day selected during booking for a single journey from anywhere between Battersea Power Station and Barking Riverside.
- Boarding is based on a first come first served basis

Frustrating service- first service keep skipping Greenland pier and online Customer service not reliable.
Frustrating service—boats skip Greenland Pier & customer service is useless Avoid using this service for early commutes. I pay for an expensive membership, but the first boats of the day (both weekdays and weekends) consistently sail right past Greenland Surrey Quays Pier without stopping. The staff leaves the ramp gates locked so passengers can't even get down to the pier. We have stood at the gates waving at the boats, but the captains completely ignore us and drive away. To make it worse, you can't get hold of anyone. Their customer service lines don't open until 10:00 AM, and they actively delete complaints on X (Twitter) instead of fixing the problem. Absolutely shocking reliability for a premium price. Don't rely on them if you have somewhere to be early in the morning!

Rude member of staff
Absolutely dreadful experience. There was a small, Asian, middle aged female member of staff at London Bridge pier, who was unnecessarily rude to everyone. For instance when people were asking for information. It soured the whole experience

Excellent! So close to the London Eye! Great ride to Tower of London. Easy. Worked perfectly. We would do this again.

Boat was fantastic, good price as a treat. We went from North Greenwich Pier to Putney Bridge. We caught the 9.30 at night. Started with only a few of us on it then it got packed. We sat at the back. Seeing different parts of London lit up amazing. Really worth doing, we was so glad we did.
