Better to buy individually by trip

The tickets don’t scan for the workers at these places and it is so much more expensive to buy this bundle than just take the rides individually and buy them there. DON’T BUY THIS!!!

Wouldn’t recommend in busy summer months

Wanted to get on initially at London Bridge Pier to queue for the coming boat , to then be told after waiting for 20 minutes it was full and was be a 40 minute wait .. this is terrible and rubbish service 😡😡😡. We then had to go back to London Bridge tube station to get the tube to our destination for a pre reserved booking. We were only able to use this for one trip , not multiple we intended … terrible and wouldn’t recommend to anyone ! I spoke with a staff member who wasn’t at all helpful at London Bridge pier … basically saying it is what it is and he cannot say how many people get on at the pier before. Terrible to say the least

Money poorly spent

Terrible experience upon returning in the evening when we had to wait 45 minutes to be able to board because there were so many people and the boats were not letting everyone on. No explanation, staff was agitated and rude.

Amazing experience trough the thames

We had a great experience with . It was smooth, easy to board, and very comfortable. The views along the Thames were amazing and made the journey really enjoyable. Much more relaxing than other transport in London. We really enjoyed it and would definitely use it again.
