Good to know
- Children must be accompanied by an adult
- not suitable for children under 5 years of age, children under 2 years of age are not allowed on tour.
- Entrance/Exit to the vaults is via a 2 foot tall step followed by single flight spiral staircase.
- Mezzanine staircases of 5-7 steps inside vaults between levels.
- Alcohol/Drugs are strictly forbidden and anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be turned away.
- Non-service animals are not allowed.
- • Some historical content may be of a distressing nature with regards but not exclusively to Torture, Hangings, Death
- The walking pace and terrain may not be suitable for those with any difficulty walking.
- We do not have any luggage storage so please make alternate arrangements.
- No toilet stops or toilets available during tour.

Boring
It was a waste of money. I did see some vaults but learned very little about their history. Lots of ‘I heard they are haunted’ etc. not spooky, not informative either.
Very informative and interesting
Dom was a brilliant fun guide. Very knowledgeable interesting. The only thing I can suggest is that when booking it is not made Very clear that it is not suitable for for anyone with a slight mobility issue.

Great tour, historical info & just the right amount of “creepy”
Our guide was Stewart, he was experienced and eager to share the underground history with our group. This was not the nighttime haunted tour, but still included a good amount of creepy! 1 hr was the right time frame for this tour. If you have trouble navigating narrow, steep steps you might struggle a bit. Not for young children or anyone afraid of the dark. And don’t be late for the initial meetup, Stewart won’t wait! Glad we did this tour, would recommend.
