The trip was lovely and our guide Nico was really good! Very informative and we always felt safe. But we had issue with Getyourguide. Really bad customer service, we booked our trip two days ahead and the day before the customer service message us and wanted to reschedule our trip (and we may think the reason was that they overbooked). So we called just to ask about about our pick-up point and then just got a answer by message that they wanted to reschedule and than when we wrote back and said we can’t reschedule, they just answered with a automated message with information about the trip without any confirmation. So as anyone else would do, we tried to call back several times back but they didn’t want to pick up. But when we tried with another number they answered right away and when they understood that it was the same people, the advisor just gave us short answer on everything and really didn’t want to talk. So we were really confused and nervous about going on the trip. But we had luck on our side and could go on the trip. So the trip itself was really good, just the customer service from getyourgudie was soooo bad.

Dubrovnik to Kotor

Guide was amazing and really friendly. Nico - the tour guide had a friendly conversation with each member and made sure that all felt relaxed and included while visiting different sites. The booking did not included guided tour but he refused to let us go alone without information and made sure the group were well informed about the history and things to see. The downside was not from the tour but from the support center of GetYourGuide who refused to answer my call (answered directly from another number) and tried to rebook our ticket due to a fault from their side. The person we spoke to had no energy or no intrest in making sure everything was set for the trip. Niko however calmed our nerves and everything went smoothly!
