Lack of time.
Doing these two such interesting cities on the same day means you cannot even see the most essential things in each of them. And if it also rains like it did today, even less so. But I am leaving happy because of the help and kindness of the guide Peter and the good work of the driver.
Detour
We originally booked a tour for Leeds Castle, Canterbury and Dover, but it was cancelled. Unfortunately the cancellation was lost in 500 emails and was a surprise when we arrived. Fortunately, our eventual Guide Peter was able to fit us into this tour to Cambridge and Oxford. We enjoyed the trip and Peter’s knowledge of history of both locations was a bonus.
A great day in Oxford and Cambridge
Our tour guide, Wei, is truly wonderful—thoughtful, kind, helpful, and incredibly knowledgeable. I was excited to have her lead our exciting adventure through Oxford and Cambridge today. Rappi is an excellent driver, and we couldn’t be happier with his service.
