The don't care if it's bad weather they will continue the tour anyways even if you can't see the sites

BEWARE!!!! I highly recommend avoiding this company. They are dishonest and more focused on profits than customer satisfaction. I went on the December 23, 2024, tour to the Cliffs of Moher and Galway, and it was a complete waste of time and money. When we arrived at the Cliffs, the weather was so foggy that we couldn’t see the two main spots that were advertised—no cliffs, no views, just dense fog . The staff at the visitor information center confirmed that the conditions could have been predicted, but the company still chose to proceed with the tour. This left us standing in the fog for two hours when the tour guide said it could have gotten better which is not what the people at the visitor information centre said. Thjs just showed they cared more about keeping the tour running for the sake of numbers than actually delivering a good experience!!!! The whole day ended up being a long bus ride with no opportunity to see much, as the fog and rain made it impossible to view anything outside the window. It felt like we were just stuck on a bus for hours, with no proper stop to make up for the lack of sights. Things only got worse in Galway. When we arrived and got off the bus, we were left standing around, wondering where the tour guide was. No one explained what was going on, and we were left with other passengers trying to figure out what to do next. It was a chaotic mess, and we were left to figure things out on our own. When I raised my concerns with the company, their response was dismissive and unprofessional. They insisted they followed their terms and conditions and even accused me of trying to "threaten" them with a negative review. This shows they have little regard for their customers’ experience even tho they said to reach out to them with concerns. If you’re considering booking with this company, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere Do your research and choose a tour operator that values customer experience, makes thoughtful decisions based on weather conditions, and doesn’t just treat their customers as numbers. This company is more focused on profits than providing a quality experience.

Just fantastic! Guide keeps the driving part interesting by sharing songs and stories. Timed bathroom /snack breaks, and shopping in a beautiful village on the way home. Even though the weather wasn’t the best, the tour was absolutely brilliant!

David (tour guide) and Warren were a great team! David may be one of the best tour guides I’ve ever met. He is funny, very engaged and attentive to the needs of the guests. The weather wasn’t the best but I would still do it again for the experience. Great job!

Went on the Cliffs of Moher and Galway tour with Eve and Joe! Had such a great time, the tour was well organised and not too overwhelming. I would recommend this to anyone, especially if you’re planning to solo travel like i did!

Tour- Belfast, Dunluce castle, Giant Causeway The tour was well planned with the guide sharing about the place we were going to. Along the way to certain interesting towns, the guide would highlight it, for example Brushmill whisker and 2025 British Open site. He did not need to, but he did. This is added customer service. The guide would shared his list of recommendations in Dublin city and opened to any questions we had.

My friends and I did the Dublin to Kilkenny: Wicklow, Glendalough, Laragh Sheepdog Trial tour with Marco as the driver and Sean as the guide and had a wonderful time! Sean was very informative and gave us the option of a small tour that he guided in Kilkenny or to go explore ourselves. He also recommended things to do when in Kilkenny, and was a great guide in Glendalough, too. We got to hold a baby lamb! The sheepdog demonstration was awesome, too. I highly recommend this tour, it was one of our favorite things we did while visiting Ireland.

Dave and Stipe were great! Stipe did an excellent job navigating the narrow roads, and Dave was informative and funny as hell. This will be my go-to the next time I'm here and want to show my husband around.

It was overall ok. I did not appreciate that the bus was not waiting exactly on the meeting point mentioned on the ticket. Luckily my friend saw the bus…the music in the bus is waaaay to loud… 😅 but the guide was funny and nice. Worth taking the trip if you dont have a car and dont want to deal with renting one.
