Expect unpredictable...

This was a wonderful day trip! Galway is a neat town with some great shops, and the Cliffs are breathtaking. I also enjoyed our guide, Niamh’s stories along the way. She was great and very knowledgeable! One piece of advice is to expect unpredictable weather and dress accordingly with layers and rain gear. Also wear good shoes (preferably waterproof).

Matt and Steve were awesome. The trip was wonderful despite the weather not being the best. Going to the Cliffs of Moher was amazing.

Excellent tour guide and driver! Organized with plenty of time at each spot. Kilkenny was very beautiful and had lots to see and eat. Robs farm was a veey unique experience which we enjoyed greatly. Congrats wildrovers! Great job Neil + Peter!

Fun and Interesting Tour

Stephen O’Malley was our tour guide. He was very knowledgeable about history. The cliffs are breathtaking and highly recommended.

Great experience with Neil and Pete! Loved every stop on the trip, especially the Glendalough nature walk. The views were awesome and they were great guides. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to see Irish countryside.

Great Day to the North Coast!

We had a great day on this tour. Our guide Una and driver Mick were so warm, friendly, funny, and knowledgeable. It was an honor to hear Una’s stories about growing up in Belfast and learn about Northern Ireland’s culture. They both did a great job handling the adversity of the morning due to the gas price protest in the city center. We left later than expected which was out of their control but we managed to have plenty of time at each stop. We chose the Titanic visitor center and it was great, however, the beauty of Dunlace Castle and Giant’s Causeway really stole the show.

Thank you WILD ROVER TOURS! I booked them for 2 trips to explore outside of Dublin, Ireland (Western & Northern Ireland). Matt & Pete were phenomenal for my Cliffs of Moher, Galway, The Burren & Wild Atlantic Way excursion. Stephen & Paolo were dynamic for my Belfast, Dunluce Castle, & Giant’s Causeway trip. Both outings were edutaining (educational & entertaining). Special s/o to Paddy the taxi driver during the Belfast Black Taxi political tour. Plus, seeing the Titanic bits of history was definitely a bonus! As a solo female traveler, this was sure-fire way to experience the Emerald Isle safely, efficiently and without the toils of figuring it all out! I learned so much and truly grateful for the fond memories created through Wild Rover Tours.

Toured with Stephen O. and Paolo on April 10th 2026 and was beyond impressed. While I anticipated seeing once in a lifetime landmarks in Northern Ireland, the experience on the bus was unexpectedly stellar. I’d give 20 stars if I could. It’s made me want to book future trips with them specifically. Stephen was funny, genuine, earnest, entertaining and super informative. They made our trip a professional and safe experience, as well as fantastically enjoyable.

The tour travel experience was not quite what we expected but it was no fault of the tour company, our bus driver or our tour guide. We made a trip up to Belfast (from Dublin) for the Belfast Titanic Experience and then moved on to Dunluce Castle and Giant’s Causeway, all of which were fabulous and beautiful. The issue was that we were at the mercy of the fuel protests where certain roads were blocked by vehicles in response to the rapid price increase in fuel due to the conflict in Iran. It forced the bus to take a more convoluted route than normal, therefore adding time to our trip. Once again, not the fault of the tour operator. Our driver (Paulo) and guide (Steven) were professional, pleasant, engaging and fantastic throughout. I’d recommend this particular tour and encourage everyone to chat Steven and Paulo up if given the chance.

Stephen was a wonderful guide. We not only learned about the tour sights but also received a detailed history lesson of Ireland from a very knowledgeable guide who brought a personal family perspective. Stephen's stories and music were delightful and made the journey all that more special. Paolo is an excellent driver and navigated the route with much skill. Stephen and Paolo were able to adeptly adapt our return route to avoid long delays caused by the fuel protest to the relief of all as it had been a long day. We enjoyed our tour immensely.

Our Tour guide Steven O. was very entertaining and provided us with a lot of interesting information as well as personal stories. The black taxi tour in Belfast was a highlight as the driver had so much insight about the history of the Troubles to offer. The Giants causeway was absolutely beautiful. We can strongly recommend the tour.

Fabulous tour to Giants Causeway and Belfast. Stephen O was enormously informative in terms of history and politics, in a very personal and engaging way, extraordinarily fun overall. And Paulo was nothing short of miraculous in guiding us around a farmers' protest blocking the motorways.
