Decided to bring my parents on this tour to see the Cliffs of Moher and it was definitely a highlight of our trip to Dublin! Niamh is an extremely knowledgeable and engaging guide. I particularly appreciated her enthusiasm in teaching us about so many aspects of Irish culture — its folklore, history, agriculture etc. It was honestly really refreshing and I learnt a lot. On a side note, I love how she made a playlist of songs by various Irish musicians (be sure to ask her for her playlist!) We also really appreciated her personal touch in preparing a guide to Galway & had a really good plate of fish & chips 🐟🍟 Sarah is also a very skilful and smooth driver — we definitely caught a good nap on the way to the cliffs hahaha. Also appreciated how she slowed down at some points for us to capture some sights’ To be honest, this is actually my second time visiting the Cliffs and this tour definitely surpassed the previous one in every aspect — I’m glad to have brought my parents on this one! We had a great time on the Dublin to Cliffs of Moher tour. It’s a big bus and a bit of driving time, but the second part is unavoidable and honestly Matt & Steve made it feel very fun and intimate. Loved all the stories told throughout the day. Timing for all stops were great. Highly recommend!

On July 20th of this year, I went on a trip from Dublin to the Giant’s Causeway. During the tour, I had an accident, and absolutely no one provided me with any assistance. The tour operator abandoned me all by myself at the accident site, leaving me with zero information on how I was supposed to get back home. The journey back from that location takes 7 hours and involves 3 transfers.I had a sprained leg, and despite my numerous inquiries asking how to get home, no one bothered to reply.Think twice before you travel far from home with this company. In a moment of crisis, this operator may completely abandon you, showing total disregard for your pain and confusion. Even a healthy person should never be treated this way. What happened to me could happen to anyone.To this day, nobody from the company has contacted me, offered an apology, or even asked a simple "hey, how are you?". What you wrote is not true, and your interpretation is just convenient.After waiting for nearly 2 hours for an ambulance that never arrived, I asked how I was supposed to get back home, as my journey by public transport could have taken up to 10 hours. I needed information on what would happen next. Nobody informed me about any options. Nobody even wrote back to me.After this behavior, I began to doubt that anyone had actually called an ambulance.You are showing selective text messages.Why don't you show the texts that nobody answered?After two hours of waiting, I decided to go back home.I had no intention of waiting until it got dark and the last train left.You call it "help" to leave me in front of a hotel in an unfamiliar place, guarded by a hotel employee? You call it "help" to shift the responsibility onto someone who has nothing to do with this matter?On the day of the accident, nobody asked how you got home or what happened.To this day, nobody has replied to a single message, and nobody has even apologized for leaving me behind. Nobody even said, "Hey, maybe we will refund your return travel costs, or refund the trip you didn't finish."And now you are outraged and suddenly you have a voice?Now here is a question for the people.You have an injury, you are in a bad state, mentally as well, do you want to be left alone? Do you want to have no idea how to get back home? And in the end, do you want someone to tell you "it's nothing, you're exaggerating"? If this happened to me, it can happen to you too. You decide if you want to take that risk.I was helped by random people, not by those who had a duty to do so. Don't you see the difference? It is your responsibility to provide me with care, instead of using a hotel employee to do your job—it is not their duty to stand with me in the rain for 2 hours. There are 4 people who witnessed your company’s employee walking away, shrugging their shoulders, and they will confirm this before the relevant authorities. You should wear...
You should wear comfortable shoes and take a light rain jacket. It is a very long travel day. The ride along the Wild Atlantic Way is very winding and curvy. The Cliffs of Mohr is absolutely beautiful and it requires a lot of walking up stairs and up hills. I wish we would have had more time at Galway. There was not enough time to eat lunch and also have enough time to shop in the quaint little shops. Felt very rushed in Galway. Our guide Maurice was very knowledgeable and did a great job informing us about the history of Dublin, important aspects of the territory we covered during our travels, and what to expect when we reached our touring destinations. A very interesting, fun day.
