We booked a Wild Rovers tour through Viator. We have done several in the past and they have been wonderful. However this trip to Kilkenny including a sheep dog experience was well below expectations. Specifically, while the bus was advertised as having AC, it did not. Air was blowing through the vents but was not cold and was simply outside air. As the outside temperature was almost 80 degrees, the inside of the bus without any open windows was even warmer. One family had to leave in an Uber mid tour bc the heat inside the bus was intolerable. The driver, tour guide, and tour company were completely unwilling to make any accommodations. I would highly recommend booking a tour with another company. In response. We have not been in any way notified of any 50% refund as you claim. The AC simply was not working. Other buses had no issues with cold air blowing. Finally, many attempts to speak to the driver and the tour guide were met with the simple response that they believed the AC was working and there was nothing to be done. I do not post poor reviews lightly. I am more apt to let such things go as simply inconveniences. However, I must stress that in this case it is you that does not have the “full picture” of what occurred. I would like to update my review to say that the owner responded and was interested in hearing the actual circumstances of what happened. We greatly appreciate this. Also, in response to our concerns they provided a refund based on what happened. We greatly appreciate your willingness to acknowledge the issue with the AC and your willingness to listen to our concerns. Thank you!

I took this tour to the Cliff of Moher and through Galway and had the best time! First of all, the scenery is stunning the whole drive and each stop has so much to do and see! This tour wouldn’t have been what it was, though, without our amazing tour guide Steven O’Malley. He is a person with a true passion and knowledge of Irish history and culture and opened my eyes to so much about Ireland’s rich and also hard history. He was so personable, kind, and funny, and is someone you can really tell loves his job! If you don’t know much about Irish history, definitely read into it and if you find yourself in this lovely country I’d definitely recommend this tour!

Everything was awesome! Steven O was incredibly knowledgeable and told us everything we needed to know and much more. Pete, our driver, did a wonderful job getting us safely from Dublin to the Cliffs of Moher and Galway and back. We had a fantastic day and would highly recommend this tour!

This trip was absolutely amazing! Stephen O’Malley and Pete Kay were also amazing! Pete was an amazing driver and Stephen had the most enthusiasm and passion for Ireland and its history. I would highly recommend! Best money I have spent in Ireland!

Stephen O’Malley was a wonderful tour guide and knew absolutely everything about Ireland and our tour we were on. Pete Kay was THE best bus driver, he got us home fast and safely and the ride was never bumpy or too fast! Thank you guys!
