Trip was good, boat drivers a bit careless when everyone was getting on and the ramp moved and badly bruised my ankle. No one offered me ice or anything. Guys was lovely but as she had to speak in 2 languages & was speaking fast in order to get everything out I struggled to understand at times. Otherwise a nice day

Le concept est très bîen, c’est très bien organisé. Mais le but c’est la balade en gondole, on paye pour 30 minutes , c’est déjà pas énorme, ça commence le guide explique que la balade en gondole dure entre 30-25 minutes. A ma montre de la montée à la descente de la gondole 22minutes, c’est un peu limite. Et décevant on a l’impression de se faire avoir un peu

Murano and Burano place were beautiful and the boating was enjoyable. Guide was knowledgeable and good.

la reserva por get your guide se confirma pero luego llegas al sitio y resulta que te han cambiado de hora. Intentar sugerir soluciones o adaptarse a otras excursiones fue inútil,pues culpaban a la plataforma de get your guide y no estaban muy dispuestos a ayudar. nos dijeron que la normativa era máximo 25 y no entrábamos...pero después el tour salió y eran solo 17 (sabían que estábamos ahí y contamos los participantes). De todas las ciudades que he visitado, el peor tour con diferencia, no lo recomiendo

Η ιδέα ότι θα πας βόλτα με τη γόνδολα είναι συναρπαστική , όμως η τιμή ήταν πολύ ακριβή σε σχέση με αυτό που προσέφερε το συγκεκριμένο αυτό γραφείο.. Η βόλτα με τη γόνδολα ήταν 30 λεπτά και δεν ήθελαν καν να μας αφήσουν να βγάλουμε μια φωτογραφία μέσα στη γόνδολα . Ο Γονδολιέρης βιαζόταν και ήταν και αγενής !!
