A little disappointed. The virtual reality was good. The tour guide earphones were difficult to hear through. We had quite a delay with our Gondola ride so only had 20 mins. Also, I was hoping the Gondolier would share with us the history as we passed it but it was on our phones which we had to try to listen to and work out ourselves, or read. Just not what I was hoping for I guess.

todo muy bien, pero siento que le falta esa conexión de lo tradicional, antes los gondoleros hacían sentir esa magia que tiene Venecia, cantaban, tocaban algún instrumento y eran muy alegres, el que nos tocó se la pasó hablando con alguien por su celular,y se me hizo simple.

it was amazing to go on a gondola, I felt different gondolas got different levels of service. the one in front of us had a helmnsman who was telling their participants about what we were seeing, but as our guide didn't speak any engliah we were not treated to the same unfortunately. also the vr headsets at the meeting point were broken on the day we went so we just had to miss that part of the activity.

very poor. we booked a 30 min gondola ride which lasted on 19 mins. no interaction at all from gondolier. disappointed as was so looking forward to it

Office staff were rude, guide was lovely but the headsets didn’t pick up her commentary the whole way around and it was dropping out, gondoliers just spoke to each other and not us.
